(#19) 10 rzeczy, które powinien ogarnąć student. 10 things that a university student should take care of.

1. Notatki
   Bardzo mało ważne na co dzień, na wagę złota podczas sesji. Nie zaniedbuj kolekcjonowania. Oczywiście ciężko być na każdym wykładzie, ale nie proś jednej osoby co tydzień o notatki z jednego przedmiotu lub - co gorsza - tuż przed egzaminem z całego semestru. Mega słabe. I nawet jeśli Ci ich ta osoba użyczy, raczej następnym razem ci nie odpisze.

   

2. Daty
   Zapisuj daty egzaminów, egzaminów poprawkowych, terminów zerówkowych, kolokwiów. Jesteś dorosły, nikt nie będzie Ci o nich przypominał.

3. Stypendium
   Szukaj na stronie swojej uczelni i na stronie Urzędu Miasta. Stypendia naukowe wydawane są kilku osobom, które się po nie zgłosiły, nie tym, którym faktycznie się należą. 

4. Dziekanat
   Od początku musisz wiedzieć, gdzie się znajduje. I zawsze grzesz uprzejmością. Jeżeli trafisz na miłą Panią z Dziekanatu, wygrałeś wszystko.

5. Zajęcia dodatkowe
   Nic tak pięknie nie wygląda CV jak działalność w kole naukowym, AIESEC, czy innej organizacji typu wolontariat. Nie masz czasu na pracę? Godzinka w tygodniu czy dwie na działalność studencką opłaci się ładnym certyfikatem i wpisem do CV. No i oczywiście jak lubisz sport, zapisz się do AZS-u na uczelni. Uzyskasz dodatkowe punkty do stypendium naukowego lub będziesz się mógł starać o stypendium sportowe.

6. Średnia
   Przyda się kiedy będziesz się starać o miejsce na praktykach. Rekruterzy pytają o średnią i wybierają tylko najlepszych.

7. Nauka
   Ucz się głównie tego co Cię interesuje. Twoi wykładowcy to specjaliści w swoich dziedzinach i kopalnia wiedzy. Pytaj za każdym razem, kiedy czegoś nie rozumiesz. Jeśli się wstydzisz, idź na konsultacje. Większość będzie szczęśliwa, że jesteś zaangażowany i serio chcą Ci pomóc.

8. Drugie terminy
   Podwinęła Ci się noga, czy natłok egzaminów nie pozwolił ci się dostatecznie przygotować, zawsze masz dodatkową szansę. Możliwe też, że egzaminator postanowił oblać 90% roku. Zdarza się to naprawdę często. Nie panikuj, nie jesteś sam. Próbuj!

9. Wymiana międzynarodowa!
   Jedyny taki moment, żebyś część swojej nauki ZA DOPŁATĄ przeżył w innym kraju. Lub staż. Wszystko w Twoich rękach.

10. Relax
    Studia to najlepszy czas w Twoim życiu głównie dzięki ludziom, których poznasz i imprezom, których nie będziesz pamiętać. Nie trać okazji!

1. Notes
   Don't neglect to collect. Of course, it's hard to be at every lecture, but don't ask one person every week to take notes on one subject or worse still, just before the whole semester exam. And even if he lends them to you, I don't think he'll write you back ever again.  

2. Dates
   Write down the dates of exams, second- term exams, tests. You're an adult. No one will remind you of them. 

3. Scholarships
   Look for the scholarship on the website of your university and the City Hall. Scholarships are issued to a number of people who have applied for them, not to those who actually should receive them. 

4. Dean's Office
   You need to know where it is from the beginning. And you always need to be kind. If you have a nice lady in your Dean's office, you've won everything.

5. Extra-curricular activities
   Nothing looks so beautiful on a CV as student activities, an AIESEC certificate or any other volunteer organization. Don't you have time to work? An hour or two per week for a student activity will pay back in the future. And of course, if you like sports, sign up for “AZS” at the university. You will receive additional points to your study scholarship, or you will be able to apply for a sports scholarship. 

6. Average grade
   You'll need it when you're trying to get an internship. Recruiters ask for the average and choose only the best. 

7. Studying
   Learn mainly what you are interested in. Your lecturers are specialists in their fields. Ask every time if you don't understand something. If you're ashamed, go to the consultation. Most of your teachers will be happy to see you and really want to help you.

8. Second terms
   It wasn’t your day or lots of exams to attend didn't let you prepare well. It is also possible that the examiner decided to fail 90% of the year. It happens really often. Don't panic. You always have one more chance to take an exam. You're not alone. Try it!

9. International exchange!
   The only time in your life that you can have a part of your studies for FREE while living in another country. You can always apply for an internship. All in your hands. 

10. Relax
    Studies is the best time in your life mainly thanks to the people you meet and the parties you won't remember. Don't lose the opportunity! Have fun!
