Przed nominacją Uczelni partnerskiej:
- Formularz zgłoszeniowy na stronie Twojej Uczelni
Tutaj podajesz takie informacje jak:

Informacje podstawowe takie jak:
o Numer legitymacji (albumu)
o Kierunek oraz stopień studiów

Informacje o planowanej Uczelni
partnerskiej takie jak:
o Semestr, który chcesz spędzić za granicą
o Uczelnie, do których chcesz się dostać
Zazwyczaj na tym etapie możesz sobie
wybrać przynajmniej dwie uczelnie, które cię interesują. Najważniejsza jest
kolejność. Na pierwszym miejscu stawiasz uczelnię, do której najbardziej chcesz
się dostać. Następnie czekasz na wyniki rekrutacji. Dostaniesz wszystkie
informacje na maila, którego podasz w zgłoszeniu. Najważniejszą z nich jest oczywiście
informacja do której uczelni się zakwalifikowałeś, aby składać kolejne
dokumenty.

Tutaj również podajesz informacje
podstawowe oraz informacje o potrzebne uczelni partnerskiej (zazwyczaj ten formularz
jest krótszy i w wersji angielskiej).
- Zgoda promotora na wyjazd*
*Jeżeli jesteś (lub będziesz podczas
swojego Erasmusa) na 3 roku studiów pierwszego stopnia, 2 roku studiów drugiego
stopnia lub na studiach doktoranckich.
Po pozytywnym rozpatrzeniu Twojej
kandydatury na kandydata, zostaniesz poinformowany mailem o kolejnych krokach
rekrutacji. Od tej pory będziesz w stałym kontakcie z Biurem Wymiany
Międzynarodowej Twojej przyszłej uczelni. Co najważniejsze, NIE BÓJ SIĘ PYTAĆ o
cokolwiek. Pytaj o dosłownie wszystko, oni są od tego, aby Ci pomóc ;) Masz
prawo czegoś nie wiedzieć :)

Part one:
Before the nomination of
the partner university:
- Application form on your university's
website
Here you provide such information
as:

Basic information such as:
o
ID card number (album)
o
Direction and degree of study

Information about the planned partner
university such as:
o
Semester you want to spend abroad
o
The universities you want to get to
Usually, you can choose at least two
universities that you are interested in. The most important is the order. You
put the university you want to go to in the first place.
Then you wait for the results of the recruitment. You will receive all the
information on the e-mail you provide in your application. The most important
of these is, of course, the information which university you qualified for, in
order to submit further documents.

Here you also provide basic information
and information about the partner university you need (usually this form is
shorter and is in English).
- Promoter's permission to leave*
*If you are (or will be during your
Erasmus) in your 3rd year of first degree, 2nd year of second degree or third
degree studies.
After your candidacy has been approved,
you will be informed by e-mail about the next recruitment steps. From now on,
you will be in constant contact with the International Exchange Office of your
future university. Most importantly, don't be afraid to ask for anything.
Ask for literally everything, they are there to help you ;) You have the right
not to know something :)
