1. Wysokość stypendium zależy od kraju, do którego jedziesz.

2. Nie dostaniesz całej kwoty stypendium od razu.

Kwota, która zobaczysz na koncie to 75% lub 85% (zależy od Twojej uczelni) całej sumy z wszystkich miesięcy wyjazdu. Pozostałą część dostaniesz, jak wrócisz do Polski. I zdasz egzaminy.

3. Stypendium nie pokrywa wszystkich kosztów wyjazdu.

Kwota stypendium wystarcza na wynajęcie ładnego pojedynczego pokoju w centrum miasta i opłacenie rachunków. I w zasadzie to tyle.

Pamiętaj, że jeszcze jakoś musisz się tam przetransportować. I jeść.

4. Masz stypendium naukowe, socjalne, sportowe lub jakiekolwiek inne? Nikt Ci ich nie zabierze.

Stypendium z Erasmusa to stypendium nadawane Ci z tytułu odbycia części studiów (lub stażu) za granicą, w kraju partnerskim. Jeżeli otrzymujesz jakiekolwiek inne stypendia (gratulacje!) , nadal będziesz je otrzymywać na swoje konto. Nie jest ważne, czy jest to stypendium z uczelni lub z urzędu miasta, czy z jakiejkolwiek innej instytucji.

5. Możesz stracić stypendium.

Praktycznie tylko w trzech przypadkach:

    1. Twoja sytuacja materialna jest tak dobra, że nie chcesz pobierać stypendium. Rezygnujesz z grantu i po sprawie.

    2. Twoja uczelnia odwołała Ci Erasmusa (na przykład przez COVID). Nie jest to Twoja wina. Przysłali Ci maila, że cały semestr będą zajęcia zdalne i nie ma potrzeby, żebyś przyjechał/a. Ale zasady to zasady. Nie przyjechałeś/aś na miejsce? Nie ma grantu. W takiej sytuacji od razu wysyłaj tego maila do swojego koordynatora z uczelni. To jedyny człowiek, który może ci pomóc.

    3. Nie zaliczyłeś/aś semestru. Nie zaliczyłeś/ aś egzaminu w terminie, nie było czasu, nie masz odpowiedniej ilości ECTS'ów. SPOKOJNIE. Zaliczysz egzamin na swojej uczelni i po sprawie. Chyba że tego nie zrobisz. Wtedy oddajesz całą kwotę stypendium.

2. You're not gonna get the whole scholarship right away. 

The amount you see in your account is 75% or 85% (depending on your university). You'll get the rest when you get back to Poland, and you'll pass your exams. 

3. The scholarship does not cover all travel costs. 

The amount of the scholarship is enough to rent a nice single room in the city center and pay the bills. That's it, actually. Remember, you still have to get there somehow. And eat.

4. Do you have a  science, social, sports scholarship or anything else? Nobody's taking them away from you. 

An Erasmus grant is awarded to you for a part of your studies (or internship) abroad, in a partner country. If you receive any other scholarships (congratulations!), you will still receive them in your account. It does not matter whether it is a scholarship from a university or city hall or from any other institution. 

5. You can lose your scholarship. 

1. Your financial situation is so good, you don't want to get a scholarship. You can say you do not need it. Crazy, isn't it?

2. Your university has cancelled your Erasmus (for example for COVID issue). It's not your fault. They email you that there will be online classes all semester and there is no need for you to come. In such a situation, send forward this email to your home university coordinator immediately. It’s the only person who can help you. 

If you still do not go... No grant. 

3. You missed your semester. You didn't pass the exam on time, there was no time, you didn't have enough ECTS. CALM DOWN. You'll pass the exam at your home university. After having passed them, send the papers to your University and later you will receive the money. If you don't do that then you must give the full grant back.
